A Great Big Thank You to all the many people who helped to make this event such a success.

It was a huge team effort including the garden owners, the WI helpers and their husbands, the programme advertisers, Mr. Harnett and his staff, and those who helped us, especially Mr. T. Moore who let us use his field as a car park. We were lucky with the weather, but unlucky that England were playing what turned out to be their last game in the World Cup, despite which 227 people came to view the gardens.
We have been able to give ShelterBox a cheque for £900 which equates to more than two Shelter Boxes, a second cheque for £87 which represents fees donated, and also to give £250 to the Village Hall Fund.
