Attendance

Cllrs. Dolley, Martin, Heap, D. Floyd, Warne, Harris and County Councillor D. Pugh.

Declarations of Interest

None.

Public Forum

County Councillor D. Pugh informed the meeting that he would authorise £800 from his community chest for the purpose of renovating finger posts in the Parish.

Minutes

The Minutes of 3rd and 19th January 2017 Council meetings were accepted unanimously.

Matters Arising

The Council anticipated that the members attending the meeting at St Mellion would be able to discover more details about the scheme for affordable homes possibly in the Parish.

Planning Permission

None.

Finance

There were no payments.

Any Other Business

The Chairman read out a letter from the Secretary of the Gardening Club who promised assistance and suggested the creation of a rota to maintain the plants in the playing field. The Chairman undertook to discuss the matter with the Secretary of the Gardening Club.

The Chairman also read out a letter from Ted and Sarah Coryton thanking the Council for their support in the past and explaining that the ownership of Pentillie would change but remain in the family.

The problem of water ingress in the Hall was raised by the Chairman who reported that he would seek support from Highways for the creation of a drain and discuss with the Contractor the remedying of the buckled floor.
