There was one member of the public present.
The Minutes of 1st November 2016 Council meeting were accepted unanimously.
The Parish Council decided that they wished for full involvement in any potential project to build affordable homes in the St Mellion area possibly in Pillaton Parish.
The Council approved an application for demolishing polythene tunnels at Kernock and replacement by one greenhouse.
It was agreed that no increase should be allowed for possible increased election expenses and that the precept for 2017 to 2018 would remain as previously agreed at £3,875.
Payments of £189.48 for seat repair, £450 for grass cutting and £10.42 for stationery were approved.
Any Other Business
Cllr Martin was thanked by the Chairman for providing, wine, mince pies and cream.
The Chairman also thanked Mr P. Ruby for cutting the hedges at the playing field at no cost.
The Clerk was asked to enquire into the cost of finger post refurbishment.
