Attendance
Cllrs. Dolley, Hoskin, Edwards, D. Floyd, S. Floyd, Martin, Harris and District Councillor Egglestone.

Public Forum
There were three members of the public present. Mr. Millward asked when the fence would be erected. Cllr Martin said that the fence Contractor had acquired high quality netting which would be installed at no cost to the Village.
Minutes
The Minutes of 16th February 2011 meeting were accepted unanimously.
Matters Arising
The Council reviewed the plan arising from the grant for improvements to the Hall and play park and decided to publish the plan on the web site and notice board prior to giving official support.
Position of Salt Bin
The Council resolved that they would abide by the decision of County Highways regarding the siting of the bin at the top of the Village.
Planning Permission
The Council approved, with one abstention, the application for the proposed change at Howton Farm from agricultural to combined agricultural and solar energy production site.
Cornwall Development
The Council having studied the documents decided to support the proposal that expansion should be focused on towns.
Finance
The Bank position of Current account £763 and deposit account £3,274 was noted. The following payment was approved: Clerks salary and expenses £927.
It was noted that from April 2011 HMRC required all Parish Councils including Pillaton Parish Council to register with the Tax authorities as an Employer.
Any Other Business
It was decided to publish in the minutes and web site the continuing problem of dog fouling in the Row.
District Councillor Egglestone undertook to investigate the large hole dug in the road at Mushton Lane.
